Before joining Baird, Steven held healthcare leadership roles across multiple states, focusing on strategic planning and financial performance for physician practices. Steven is a first-generation college graduate with a degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kentucky as well as an MBA and MHSA from Xavier University. He holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, along with a Health and Life Insurance License in Kentucky.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys time with his wife Jennifer and three sons Harrison, Cooper, and Hayes. Steven also serves on several local boards, and is passionate about Kentucky Wildcats sports, travel, cooking, and adding to his bourbon collection.
