Before joining Baird, Steven held healthcare leadership roles across multiple states, focusing on strategic planning and financial performance for physician practices. A first-generation college graduate, he earned degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kentucky and holds both an MBA and MHSA from Xavier University. Steven is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and holds Series 7, Series 66 licenses and his Kentucky Health and Life Insurance License.
