A lifelong Louisville resident, Bill attended Washington and Lee University earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics with a concentration in Economics. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 65, and 63 securities licenses. As a Registered Investment Advisor he focuses his practice on fee based discretionary asset management for high net worth individuals.
